- The “GSeal” of Approval (review and certification that a product or device is clinically safe, effective and recommended by the Gilbert Consulting Group)
- Live patient hands-on CE course experience for participants (held in the Dominican Republic) starting in the Spring of 2021

Fees for all of the above vary as to the specifications of the customized project.
*CE webinar options (hands on or webinar):
- All discussions and agreements between AE and the Vendor are held in strict confidence.
- Courses can be customized (as short as 90 mins, half day, all day).
- Vendors have three levels of potential involvement: sole exclusive sponsor (only mention your products), instrumentation or obturation sponsor (feature only your brand for the particular class portion), or single item sponsor (using and discussing one single product).
- AE can customize events that fall outside these specific parameters (sole, single item, or instrumentation/obturation sponsor).
- Vendor fees range from $1500 for a single item sponsorship, $3750 for an instrument or obturation partner (half day course with exclusivity), or $7500 as the sole sponsor (all day course with exclusivity).
- Single item sponsorship provides at least 2 slides and/or 5 minutes of video dedicated to the given item as well as participants utilizing the product if the course is hands-on.
- AE will guarantee at least 10 participants for hands on courses with max of 20 participants.
- AE will provide contact information for all participants for follow up.
- The vendor ships all needed hands on course supplies directly to the participants.
- The vendor agrees to include return shipping labels and return packaging materials
- AE will handle all of the course sign ups, Zoom connection and utilization, provision of CE, and participant management.
- AE keeps all collected course tuition.
- At least 6 weeks prior to the class, a list of needed supplies will be agreed on.
- Approximately 2 weeks in advance, all course materials will be shipped to participants.
- The vendor is welcome to ship additional samples, order forms, sales coupons, brochures, SWAG, and any other relevant materials to the participants.
- AE will collect credit card details from each doctor in advance of the class to insure against participants keeping equipment.
- The vendor will provide Dr. Gilbert and Dr. Mounce all relevant PowerPoint presentations, videos, graphics, brochures, Keynotes and product images for their reference, once the course date is scheduled.
- The Vendor is encouraged to audit the course and/or designate staff to help with any participant questions as needed.
- As a value add, if the vendor commits to a $7500 all day course, AE will provide a free podcast to a vendor KOL on the Dental Clinical Companion Podcast, and provide a vendor showcase CE event for publication on AE.org at $750 (usual fee is $1500).
